Built around the workflow

The support your implementation needs.

01

RFID capture with compatible devices

RFID is a built-in OCTO Ops capability available only on Enterprise packages. Review device compatibility and the capture workflow as part of the package, together with any installation, setup or training needs.

02

On-site implementation

Plan and deliver an implementation around the facilities, teams and operational workflows in scope. On-site requirements and delivery arrangements are agreed as part of the engagement.

03

Team training

Build a training plan around the people using the platform and the work they need to perform. Cover the agreed modules, roles and operating procedures.

04

Data migration

Assess existing records, define field mapping and prepare a migration plan. Agree who cleans the source data and how migrated records will be validated.

05

Customizations

Review requirements that go beyond the standard workflow. Establish the scope, acceptance criteria and ongoing considerations before custom development begins.

06

System integrations

Define which records need to move between OCTO Ops and your other systems, in which direction and how often. Scope the implementation around available interfaces and ownership of the data.

07

Custom support packages

Agree a support arrangement that reflects your operational needs. Coverage, response commitments and any other service terms are specified in your custom package.
